Complete Your Intake
The moment you pay, you're taken straight to your secure intake — and we email you the link too. It tells us about your service, your conditions, and what you're looking to accomplish (about 10–15 minutes), and you upload your records right in it.
Your consultation begins once we receive your completed intake form and payment confirmation.
