I'm Kris Green. I served in the 75th Ranger Regiment and deployed three times — two tours in Iraq, one in Afghanistan. The standard was simple: be first, be ready, never quit. That mindset shaped everything about how I work today.

Then I got out — and ran straight into a different kind of terrain. Nobody handed me a map of what I qualified for. I felt mostly fine, so I assumed I was fine. It took years to understand that my body and mind had been keeping score the whole time, and that a system I didn't understand was sitting on benefits I'd already earned.

I'm an engineer by trade. My career has been taking complicated systems apart, finding exactly where they break, and rebuilding them so they actually work. The VA claims process is precisely that kind of system — designed to be confusing. When I turned that same analytical approach on my own claim, the fog started to clear. Pointman is where I put that skill to work for veterans.

I got to 100% Permanent & Total — but I did it the hard way. I learned, claim by claim and document by document, exactly what evidence moves a rating and what gets ignored. I made the mistakes so I know where the landmines are.

Here's the part most veterans need to hear: when I started, I had no medical records pointing to anything and no diagnosis on paper. By every measure I looked like a guy with no case. What got me rated wasn't a thick file — it was learning how to build one: the right lay statements, a buddy statement from someone who was there, and walking into my C&P exam able to put the truth into the words a rater actually needs to hear. That's why I built Pointman Claims. No veteran should have to reverse-engineer this system alone, lose years to it, or hand a percentage of their backpay to a claims mill. I know the terrain now. My job is to walk you across it.
